Growing up in Dallas, Declan didn’t take the typical route to professional golf. Originally a soccer player, Declan turned his focus to competitive golf after graduating high school and began his journey. With a big learning curve to dismantle he knew that the only thing that would boost his game and lead him on the path he has dreamed of is to outwork his fellow competitors. This is exactly what he has done, and with many obstacles along the way Declan has already managed to rattle off many top finishes as well as qualifying and playing the full season of the 2023 PGA Tour Latin American season and more recently qualifying for Asian Tour sanctioned events.
The goal for Declan in the golf world is clear when he speaks. He aspires not only to find success at the top levels of golf, but to be the best.
Declan is a young and tenacious golfer whose journey embodies determination, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic.
Hailing from a humble background, he has overcome challenges to pursue his passion for golf with an unyielding spirit.
Declan has already made significant strides in his career despite not having started competitive golf until 17 years of age, and having to deal with limited financial assistance.
Declan is now an ambassador at the renown Trinity Forest Golf Club with it’s state of the art training facilities. It is one of the the finest golf practice and performance areas in the United States.
